Who we are

What data we collect
Through the contact form: your name, email address and the contents of your message — only what you choose to send us. Our hosting infrastructure additionally keeps standard server logs (IP address and basic technical data) for security purposes.
Why we process it
To answer your inquiry and prepare an offer (pre-contractual measures, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to keep the website secure and operational (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use your data for advertising and we never sell it.
Cookies
This site uses only functional cookies: one remembering your language choice, one your light/dark theme, and one your answer to the analytics question below. There are no tracking or advertising cookies.
Analytics and error reporting
We count visits with Umami — analytics we host ourselves that sets no cookies, builds no profiles and never follows you to other sites. Because it holds no personal data, it runs on our legitimate interest in knowing what's useful (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); you can opt out from the notice on the site at any time and nothing is measured. Separately, error reporting is off unless you allow it: only then, and only if something breaks, does our error-tracking provider receive a technical report (page, browser, stack trace) so we can fix it — never your form contents.
Spam protection
The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than a bot. It runs invisibly — there is nothing for you to click — and to do that it processes technical signals from your browser, including your IP address. Cloudflare processes this on our behalf and states that it is not used to build advertising profiles.

Our hosting provider, with servers located in the EU/EEA, processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. Apart from the spam protection and error reporting described here, no other third parties receive your data unless we are legally required to disclose it, and we never sell it.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting cooperation, after which they are deleted. You can request deletion at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, delete and receive your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can also lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP, azop.hr) or your local supervisory authority.
